Screening and Reading by Shelly Nadashi
February 28 2015
This event provides a broader view of the artistic practice of Shelly Nadashi. In the Triennial, Nadashi presents the installation A Good Bowl of Soup (2013), which features two puppets and a painting that were originally props in a narrative performance. This event includes a screening of her video work A Hidden Quiet Pocket (2014), followed by a performance of Broken lip (2014). Both works bring to life the personae and intimate psychology of an original cast of characters.
